School is in session! Join the 2014 Worldwide Zen U. Tour and enroll in Advanced Zendesk, the second in a two-part training series.

This session is designed for people who are familiar with Zendesk and are looking to dive deeper into more advanced topics. Need to brush up on the basics before class? We invite you to attend Zendesk for Beginners, which will cover the fundamentals of the product and its interface.

• Improving Efficiency: Macros, views, tags, placeholders, and keyboard shortcuts
• Building a Business Process: Custom fields, mandatory fields, triggers, and automations
• Knowledge Base: Using forums for community support

3:00pm - 3:15pm: Coffee break

3:15pm - 5:00pm: Class is back in session

• Apps: How to install apps and an overview of some existing apps
• Integrations: Overview of some integrations with other platforms
• GoodData: High level view, default reports & dashboards; creating custom reports, charts, dashboards, embedding, and what to report on
• Zendesk Roadmap: What new features to look for in Zendesk over the next 6 months

5:00pm - 6:00pm: After class ends, we invite you to stick around for some snacks 'n beer with your classmates and trainers.

Your trainer for the day will be Peter Godden, a Customer Enablement Consultant for Zendesk, who has run many training sessions like these over the last 2 years. You’ll also have the opportunity to build your network and connect with other Zendeskians throughout the day.
